Identification and Security Deposit We collect a piece of identification for each traveler before arrival. A security deposit may be required. This is refunded within 7 days after verification of the accommodation. You can arrive independently from 4:00 PM onwards by retrieving the keys from a key safe. We will send you all the necessary information on the day of your arrival, early in the afternoon. For security reasons, the codes are changed regularly, which is why we send them at the last minute.
