There is a restaurant attached and the food was good. There was an unusual kitchen surcharge that I didn’t quite understand until layer. And unfortunately the room did not have any regular coffee stocked and I didn’t realize it was only decaf until the next morning. I also didn’t quite figure out how to regulate the temperature in the despite some instructions on the thermostat. It was fine for an overnight stay. When I arrived there I had to pay an additional 200+ dollars for any damage done in the room and accidental fees. To then find out that valet parking is taking out of that charge. It was not enough communication. Room service came on our last day, sheets were not changed. I received wash clothes that had black spots on them. In order to go to the pool you have to reserve a spot. I was really shocked for this to be Hyatt Place, this is normally a 4.5 star hotel. I wasn’t able to get the original room I paid for , but the staff was nice about that.
