"While we were there, for the first few days, we had an excellent woman preparing everything and keeping everything clean. When the person did not show up, the breakfast was not prepared until the BW staff team tried to prepare breakfast for the customers. The last two days we were there, a man was preparing everything and he was excellent and caring for the guests for breakfast. I am very dissatisfied with Best Western for their cleanliness. The towels were worn and torn. The floors in our room turned our socks black. The staff at the desk were very accommodating and helpful. The pool was not kept clean and mold was present at the pool. Would not go into pool. I have been to many Best Westerns and probably not rent from you again."

"The room had no soap and had to purchase one out side. There was an iron board but the iron itself was leaking water and difficult to properly use. Water pressure was very low. "

"Enjoyed the size of the room. Sheets and pillows very good.Quiet was plentiful and excellent maid service. Enjoyed restaurant and bar area. Thats a perk missing in a lot of hotels. I would have loved room service....in my dreams."

"Excellent stay! We needed a place to stay while waiting to move into a house and this home was perfect for our needs! It had a full kitchen with basics so we didn’t have to eat out every day; LOTS of land for my son to run around and play; wifi for me to work; close to groceries, restaurants, and the interstate; and a nice, quiet neighborhood that felt safe and secure.The host is so kind and communicative, I really appreciated their quick responses to questions and willingness to let us extend our stay. (Our move-in date was delayed and we needed to extend which they kindly helped us arrange.)I can’t say enough good things about this home and the hosts! If you need a quiet, comfortable place to stay, definitely check them out!"
