"Toilet was to close to floor, shower rod had duct tape on it as a repair ac unit had to be turned real low to make room comfortable bed had squeak every time you move. there was some type of order in room. Packaged sweet cakes were just before being stale low water pressure at sink, floor in bath room needed cleaning around baseboard."

"The stay was phenomenal! The only reason i gave 4 stars on staff was because when i first arrived, i stood at the desk for a good 10 minutes, with nobody there. Kept hearing laughing down the hall. Finally, a delivery driver saw me and went and told the guy that i was waiting. Other than that, he was pleasant and attentive. My ONLY regret is not staying an extra day or 2! My kids loved it, it was spacious, plenty of restaurants in walking distance, felt safe, no bugs, beds were comfortable! "

"I would not recommend this hotel. There is a smell that cannot be described, one iron and ironing board for the entire hotel, booked three rooms, one room kept blowing a breaker, key card kept messing up all three rooms has 1/4 roll toilet paper, thin bedding, no coffee. Charged $500 per room each night, over priced. "

"To start with at the check-in the employee was rude. . We got to room and it was not cleaned. We were not offered another room. We had someone coming to get us and needed our room to be able to put our luggage in it. . It was about 4:25 before room was available. Never plan to stay there again. Only reason I did not give it a one is because it is in the location we needed."
