"Breakfast and staff were terrific. The room was very nice, though I didn't like having an outside entrance with three teenagers in tow. But the pool and hot tub was just what we needed after a day at the beach. The beach is super close by, and the town itself is lovely. It was quiet and charming. We enjoyed ourselves! "

"This is a decent rental, priced properly low in a high rent area of SoCal. Reasons for lower value include no hot water, no lock on the front door (albeit a safe, beautiful neighborhood), worn carpet, and design that is more of an efficiency vs. an apartment. I did not meet the owner, but he was very responsive. Good crash pad rental for a no-frills traveler who does not want to pay 700-1,000 for hotels in the area. "
"This property was close to the hospital wher my daughter gave birth to twins. We kept having to extend our stay due to twins being in the NICU longer than we thought. I had to go back and forth to the hospital and once was at midnight so it was really nice to be close. After my daughter was discharged and the babies still in nicu, I brought her to the hotel to rest. At 6pm they were doing construction work above us and waking my daughter up. I called front desk and they took care of it promptly. Overall I had 3 different rooms for 8 nights. The rooms were clean, convenient and served its purpose. I liked that they had someone clean the room everyday too. You don’t always see that anymore. Walls are thin but having the fan on drowned out any noise. Friendly front desk staff and very helpful. Parking can be tight with big work trucks in parking lot or people parking crooked so you can’t get in a spot. Only once did I not get to park near my room. "

"Check-in was a breeze with great communication. Upon entry it is just like the photo, clean and bright. Windows were open to allow the fresh ocean air to flow thru which isn't an issue being on the upper floor. The bathroom and kitchen areas were clean and ready. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was fresh and clean. Wi-Fi works great with no connection issues along with the FireTv. Short walks to anything you may need and close to a ton of good restaurants. There are several grocery stores a short drive away if needed as well. For my needs it was perfect. Thanks again."
"It's great location, room was very clean and have tv and fridge and high power microwave oven. Slightly little old bathroom, maybe some people like to see updated, but at least very clean and no problem for me. I really enjoyed my stay there."
