"It was our worst expecience in Costa Rica. Even the staff was very nice and helpful, the staying was terrible: - I dont understand how the shower was designed for 4 people, it was impossible to use the very small sink to wash your face or your hands. I think the space reserved for the kitchen (Useless as the kitchen was not equiped and you can juste make a coffee) should be added to the shower to make it more suitable to 4 people - The breakfast was terrible, you have just 2 options and no...

"Excellent staff, very helpful and nice, hotel is overpriced, paid almost $100 for 4 drinks, no big deal but be careful, after 10 pm the whole thing is closed so they can't help you with anything that you would want, not a drink not anything. you would have to go to the nearest store. The room i was at was next to their kitchen or office or something and you could hear everything, their talking, their steps, very annoying, overall if you use the hotel just to sleep like i did its not bad at all....
