Staff were welcoming and appeared invested in giving us a great experience. Room was clean, spacious, quiet, and nicely appointed with high quality furnishings. Beds were comfortable and supportive and it was amazing to have a room specifically set up to accommodate families of 5, like ours. Our kids (ages 8, 5 & 5) loved the indoor pool and children's water play area, which have been refreshed. We'll definitely be back! "
