"No vacancy. I had a reservation. When I tried to register, door locked. Note saying call this long distance no.. It's 90 outside temp. No call back. I see another note pasted to another window to call this other no. for registration. Manager finally showed up. Surly. I was given a room where a ladder was in front of my window and all parking spaces taken by construction crew. I asked for another room - again he was surly. No more rooms, he said. "We had a long weekend here and it was fantastic. I was so sad to leave I wish we had booked a longer stay. Absolutely beautiful house and property. Clean and very well maintained. My kids had to much fun splashing in the stream and we all loved the nearby hikes through the redwoods. The cliff in the backyard looks so much bigger in person, it is huge!"
