1 Pigallie Heights is a private semi detached house. Living space is at entrance level. A generous kitchen lounge dinning room leads to stairs for two downstairs bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a zip link superking, so they can be used as a double or 2 singles. One has an ensuite shower room and spacious bedroom with doors leading to the rear garden, whilst the other has windows that over looks the garden. Both shower rooms are at lower floor level. The third bedroom is in the attic space and accessed by stairs by the front door. A convenient entrance level cloak room / utility room is found in the hall area. The rear garden is enclosed with a picnic table for guest uses it can be accessed by a gate way from the parking area. Pigallie Heights is close to Porthtowan and Portreath Beaches. You will love how you access all of Cornwall very easily from this location. Cornwall is a relaxing destination all year round

A fantastic house, in a quiet location and yet not far from shopping, restaurants and excursion destinations. The house is well equipped and perfectly clean. James and Rosemary are perfect hosts, always available, attentive but not intrusive. There was even an offer of interim cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels.We will definitely come back next time we visit Cornwall.
We loved Cornwall and our holiday let. Our place was clean and we had plenty of room with 3 bathrooms! Communication with the host was great. We had comfortable beds and the showers were nice. Thank you!
