"Disappointed with the super thin walls and our room was an even number which over looked the pool, but on Saturday we heard the music from the clubs and bars which sucked when I wanted to go to bed. We tried to order room service and no one answered so my husband went to the lobby, but the gave us two free drinks at Strikers which made up for it, good food and service there. Drinks were good. The pool was too cold so we never got in but we did enjoy the spa. The hot tub was fun for us. Now considering that, why is it a four. Well my Husband and I loved it. The staff was super friendly, kind and informative. It felt like an all inclusive resort with the premium perk, so if you are considering it, get it. The food options were so goooood and I am a picky eater. The views were nice. The hotel is in a perfect area for walking and tons of options for restaurants, drinks and shopping. "

"The first room was dirty with hair all over the beds. Then we switched rooms and had to get clean sheets for the bed. There was ZERO hot water! They only gave us 2 towels and then wanted to charge us for extra towels!"

"I had a comfortable stay at the Ramada Inn. The room was clean, the bed felt fresh, and everything was well‑kept. Parking was easy and felt secure, which made arriving and leaving stress‑free. The staff was polite and helpful whenever I needed something, and check‑in was smooth. Overall, it was a solid and convenient stay."

"Minimal breakfast, parking unsafe on the street. They were remodeling, noisy, dirty, workers on room window, No hot water on shower. A complete disaster AND refused to refund the day we did not spend there."
