Note, this is on the 3rd floor with the closest bathroom on the 2nd floor. This was not an issue for us and we were prepared for the stairs. Loved that the kitchen and family space were on the 1st floor with the master and a an additional bedroom on the 2nd floor. Owner was great to work with.
