This 970 Sq Ft adorable three bedroom 1 3/4 bath condo is located on the third level of our three story building and is a single-level format. It has a living area with gas log fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 1 3/4 bathrooms, private balconies and complimentary wireless internet. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a double(full) size bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin size beds in it. The couch is also a queen sleeper. Our guests also have access to a guest laundry room, guest hot tub, grills, a fire pit, a playground, horse shoe pits, corn hole and volleyball. Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Double bed Bedroom 3: 2 Twin size beds Bathrooms: 1 ¾ Sofa sleeper: Yes Smoking: No Pets: No Located in Corridor: A Total Number of Steps: 35(5 to landing + 30 via 2 staircases) \*\*\*We do not provide Paper towels, napkins, etc or coffee.
