This condo is an affordable stay with the feel of home for those wanting to travel with family or friends and get the full experience of what a "Great Mountain Stay" can offer. A mile from downtown, 2 miles from Red River Ski/Summer area. *We have a Ring camera on the front door.

*Winter advisory- it is necessary to have an ALL WHEEL DRIVE to get in and out of the parking lot when it snows.

Nice property!
The property was clean and had nice amenities. Everything was as stated in listing. The location was perfect for us, as we were wanting something close to town but still secluded without all the noise of town. Communication with property owner was clear and had very quick responses.

Great Vacation Spot
My family of 5 stayed here for 5 nights during Christmas/New Years holiday. Cozy charming condo with a 10 minute drive to the ski resort. 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended in the winter for the steep entrance into the property. We had a very comfortable and Casey was a pleasant, highly responsive host.

The condo/apartment was nicely furnished. Comfy beds and linens. The kitchen had so much to choose from, if cooking meals is a must this place is great! The bathroom could use updating. No washer and drier. Overall it was a nice place and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Unit itself had updated furnishings, but surrounding property was very poorly kept. Other tenants in adjoining unit were loud late at night!! Paid for two nights and left after one. This unit in a different location would be fine. I don’t recommend.

Suited our needs perfectly.
We had 4 adults and 2 little boys. Fit perfectly for our ski trip. We were all comfortable. Parking was a little frustrating, there were many cars that you could tell hadn't moved in a while. But other than that it was great.

It was clean and comfortable with a great location. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook with. Beds were really comfortable and had extra bedding and the sleeper sofa was really nice. Easy check in and check out. A great place to stay!
