Red Oak Cottage

Summary:

The Red Oak Cottage is a beautiful home located in the heart of the Appalachian Mtns of Knott Co KY. Guests will enjoy the gorgeous views, outdoor gathering area w/ fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, family room & living room, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath and washer & dryer. If you are coming to the area for off road trail riding or horse trail riding this is the perfect home for your stay! There is plenty of parking if you know how to navigate your trailer & pets are welcome too!



The Space:

This is a single level home with outdoor wheelchair ramps for handicap access. Once inside it is all one level with no steps. The front and back porches are private and there is not another home in sight! The backyard is the perfect spot for the kids to play and the adults to hang out at the fire pit.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

Just so you know this home is located in a secluded area with no other homes in sight. You are surrounded by nature and wildlife. It is perfect for the guest who wants to be off the grid and have total privacy. You may see deer, turkey, snakes and bears. Although it is not likely, but it is possible. Use caution when walking outside at night and keep all garbage with food inside until the day of your departure.
