Red Lodge Mountain

The ladies at the front desk were warm, friendly, and welcoming. They checked us in quickly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of complimentary chocolate chip cookies. The kids' pools were incredible! I was there with my 2- and 4-year-old grandkids, and they had an absolute blast—sliding down the frog slide and twisty slide, playing under the octopus's raining tentacles, and splashing through the erupting geysers. In the morning, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of breakfast offerings. The hash browns (similar to the ones from McDonald’s), bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles were a big hit. We stayed in the two-queen bed suite and appreciated how spacious it was. The carpet appeared newer and was clean, which was a nice touch. However, several pieces of furniture and fixtures were in need of replacement. The sofa and two chairs were noticeably worn and quite dirty—I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them, so I used a spare blanket from one of the drawers to cover the couch before sitting. The toilet seat was loose and shifted each time it was used, and the flusher had peeling paint. The bottom of the bathroom door also showed signs of wear with chipped and peeling paint. Overall, the room could really benefit from updated furniture and maintenance.

Quiet except for the unruly people out on the sidewalk late at night.
