The in floor heating was sure nice on our chilly weekend get away. The suite is very large and clean and the owner was kind enough to provide a couple of extra items we needed (extension cord and spoons). If you need coffee creamer it's not supplied. The only thing I wish is that the ad was clear on the cost. The suite is $75/night (not $57) and a $35 cleaning fee and a $22 service fee added on by vrbo.
