The Lost Camel

"The Lost Camel was an absolutely wonderful hotel. From the charming staff at check-in, who were incredibly helpful and somehow managed to point you in the right direction even when you didn’t know where you were going, to quite possibly the most comfortable beds ever. And those pillows! My gosh, where do you get those pillows from?! 😍 But I must mention what was probably the highlight for sheer ease and convenience—the checkout service. A few of us had extraordinarily early tours on our final morning, and rather than having to get up even earlier, drag our luggage around and queue to check out, The Lost Camel has it sorted. As long as everything is packed and ready, they bring your luggage out for you. Such a simple thing, but when you have an early start, it is an absolutely wonderful service. Charming staff, ridiculously comfortable beds, fabulous pillows and thoughtful service right to the very end. Nailed it, Lost Camel. 👏 Absolutely wonderful! ❤️"

"Staff is very helpful but abset from the deak at 3PM checkin. Had to go to the bar to have soneobe summoned. Then the room key did not work. No answer to my call to the deak as no one there again. Called the bar to have someone return my call. The desk woman dis call back promptly and came to me with a new jey card. The staff is great, just would think the desk would be better staffed at listed check in time. DIY Laundry on the premises was a bonus. Would stay again."

"Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable. Servicing of rooms was an issue - towels taken away bit not replaced. Had to request for this and other items. Reception staff helpful. Noisy from outside Friday & Saturday nights."

"Room basic and clean, apart from bathroom sink which had hair in the plug, perhaps the cleaning staff need some further training Great to have a kettle & fridge. Quiet at night. Pub that serves food next door was very useful after long days out Central location Reception staff helpful & friendly. Responded quickly to our request for more towels & mugs Lower price reflects the general standard. But we only used it to sleep in so it was perfect for our needs"

"The studio apartment was certainly comfortable enough for two. Plenty of cooking implements if you want to cooking your own meals. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Free laundry facilities! Would stay again."
