"Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable. Servicing of rooms was an issue - towels taken away bit not replaced. Had to request for this and other items. Reception staff helpful. Noisy from outside Friday & Saturday nights."

"Loved backdoor access to mall with a key. Lovely room, very clean and well serviced. Front door access at night difficult, need doorbell. Gate should be locked for safety when accessing carpark and lift."

"Room basic and clean, apart from bathroom sink which had hair in the plug, perhaps the cleaning staff need some further training Great to have a kettle & fridge. Quiet at night. Pub that serves food next door was very useful after long days out Central location Reception staff helpful & friendly. Responded quickly to our request for more towels & mugs Lower price reflects the general standard. But we only used it to sleep in so it was perfect for our needs"
