The property is conveniently located, rooms are clean and modern. As with many European hotels, the tub/showers are like going over hurdles to get in/out, but bathrooms are large and spacious. Wish the rooms had refrigerators. Only complaint was being there during a hot summer, room air conditioning didn’t really cool the rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and fresh, servers were attentive and dining room was great with opening to the street.

We loved our stay at the Radisson in St Gallen , well located just 2 stops from the train station, The front desk staff were wonderful Michelle and Gentrit specifically , they tried to solve any little issue . The junior suite was very confortable, the only problem was that the safe didn’t work and they tried to fix it but they couldn’t. Breakfast Buffett was good . It was a holiday so the bar and restaurant didn’t open the whole weekend we spent there . Would come back again :)

"Great location, very close to the Mount First (walking distance). Also close to Jungfraujoch about 10 mnts drive. Best part was the staff and the shuttle service - very accommodating! Few times they came last night at midnight and early to pick us up, it was very helpful and saved us time and money. ..."
