Booked this for a few days getaway to fish the area. Good location, has what you'd need and then some. It's simple and practical: bathroom, living room, kitchen, bedroom. Internet via cell hotspot. Heating requires some tweaking with a wrench and lighter to get going but once it does you're good.

Nice view, saw a few foxes, and heard bird songs every morning. Comfortable 4 poster bed, comfortable seating in living room.Nice patio in back. More cabin than cottage with resident spiders and ants. Well water is a treat, but water pressure is poor while pool next door is being filled. Access to Round Valley is not as easy as it looks in the picture. I got lost on the way back, so mark your path. Owner promised to deep clean, so give it a try, but check the oven when you get there. P S. Bath is small, but has new shower, toilet and sink.
