This motel does not have an ice maker. Though it does offer mini fridges there were no ice trays to make ice with. If you're a staying here then you should bring your own ice trays.

The host was unfriendly and targeting. After receiving paid confirmation, the host called and inquired on the reason for stay and adamantly referred to the community as “protected” with closely monitored noise ordinances. Mind you, the apartment is directly across for the stadium. The area is riddled with the homeless population. Another conversation centered around “no parties” allowed and strict guest limits. At no time did we discuss or suggest we were having a get together and our reservation was a party of 2 with a 6 party posted limit. We had to contact customer service because the host encouraged us to cancel via the app due not being a “good fit” for this protected community. I would be mindful of hosts who charge outrageous security deposits for short stays. I would not recommend this property. There are other great places nearby and more friendly who offer more amenities.

Nice stay. Highly recommend. Two parking garages nearby, quiet for a good night’s rest. Within walking distance of some restaurants, bars and attractions

The room was pretty clean. The check-in woman was very nice. The breakfast was ok. The location was easy to find and nicely located to stores and restaurants.

The hotel was fine overall, but the shower did not drain, so after I showered there was a lot of standing water in the tub. My husband wasn’t able to shower since he didn’t want to stand in a foot of used water.
