A perfect destination for long weekends with family and friends, exploring the Thames path, local pubs and villages. \- Open plan living, dining and kitchen. It benefits from a lovely south-west facing garden, and large patio area. IMPORTANT: Every Saturday we have the gardener attend in the late morning to cut the grass and maintain the garden. No access is needed into the property as he accesses the garden from the side of the house. I have help managing my property, with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Sleeps \- 8 Beds \- 1 x Super King, 1 x King, 1 x double, 2 x singles Bed linen \- High quality bed linen, including towels are supplied \- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days Toiletries and Consumables \- We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too. \- We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by Pets \- Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any pets at this property. Restricted areas \- There is small room at the rear of the house which will be locked and does not form part of the listing, this area is restricted from guest access. \- The garage will also be locked and not accessible for guests Child Friendly \- This is a child friendly property. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
