Sea view from all rooms and through a private gate with stairs down to the beach and sea. Including your private pool and all amenities for a fantastic holiday. You are standing with your feet in the water! This is a real holiday villa/family home where you will feel right at home. A large living room with TV, internet and possibility of mobile connection of your favourite Netflix series etc. Then a fully equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Through the large sliding doors you immediately reach the large terrace with various seating areas and sea views. From the terrace you can walk via a lockable private gate to the summer lively beach and the popular beach restaurant Boukarou Beach. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned, they have sliding doors that open onto a large balcony and sea views. On both sides of the hallway there are 2 bathrooms with shower and bathroom furniture. There are 2 toilets on this floor. The villa is rented including made up beds and one towel set per person on arrival. Located in the beautiful authentic French village Rayol canadel sur mer. This village is known for its "Jardin du Rayol" a large botanical garden located on the Mediterranean Sea. This garden is within walking distance of the villa. From Rayol you can visit the beautiful villages of the Golfe de Saint Tropez via the coastal road. You can walk to the beach via private stairs and be on the beach in seconds. The villa was very well equipped and had everything you needed. The pool was a great size and with the table tennis kept the kids entertained. The views are amazing and we spent hours just sat on the terrace watching the ocean. Overall we had a very relaxing stay and was very suitable for children (aged 10 and 5). Marianne was very responsive to our queries prior to travelling and were there to show us around the property. The local shop, bakery and restaurants were all excellent. I recommend this property and we hope to return next summer. ##### amanda cogswell C.
