Private car park. Swimming pool with sea view. Description: Access to the building is after having taken a path representing approximately the equivalent of one floor. The apartment is on the 1st floor of this building. Entrance with storage, separate WC, bathroom with washing machine, living room with sofa bed (140/190), fitted kitchen, separate bedroom with cupboard, private parking space. Equipment: Wifi, washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, TV, filter coffee machine and NESPRESSO coffee machine, toaster, ironing equipment, hair dryer, electric blind. On the road between Hyères and St Tropez, this corner of the coast has kept its wild aspect. A true Garden Village, the commune of Rayol Canadel surprises with the beauty of its landscaped areas and the clarity of its water.
