  • OCCUPANCY LIMIT 7 This centrally located 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home on Frye Island is close to all the wonderful amenities that Frye Island has to offer. 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, ballfields, cafe and general store. Best of all there are 14 wonderful community beaches to enjoy on Sebago. The large sandy beach 6 is the closest to the house and is less than a 3-minute walk away. The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms one with 2 twin beds and the other with bunk beds with a trundle. The trundle twin mattress could be used in the loft area for sleeping as well. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 FEE
    Waterfront/Lot Description: Nice size yard. Short walk to water access and a sandy beach
    Bedrooms: Three, 2 upstairs, 3 Twins and 1 Full, 1 downstairs, Queen. Plus, a loft with a twin. Linens and Towels Not Provided. (AVAILABLE TO RENT AT OUR JORDAN RENTALS OFFICE)

It is a really nice property. Kind of a cabin feel. Somewhat barebones but beautiful surroundings and lots of windows. We visited all the beaches and did several walks. We used the restaurant for dinner and it was good. Nice ice cream shop also. The ferry was 41 round trip. We did miss in the listing that there were no bed linens or towels of any kind. That was surprising. So we had to stop and buy 5 sets at Walmart. Also paper towels and TP. There was 6 of us. The bedrooms all had window AC and running those all day kept it nice in the evening for sleeping. Watch your head in the upstairs bathroom. There is a low beam. All in all we had a great time. I would stay here again.

Fabulous location in walking distance to some of the best beaches on the island. The house is well equipped and spacious. Was easy to self-check in with a code and the kitchen had everything we needed.
