The two bedrooms sleep up to six with additional futons in the living room and sun room to sleep four more. The bathroom include a washer and dryer and two AC units keep the house cool on hot days. Outside, there is a large deck with two tables for outdoor dining, a large yard wooded on three sides, and a paved patio with a fire pit.
