"Room was okay, one side of the room the socket didn’t work and sparked couple of times when we tried to use it; room was little too hot for us as there was no AC and windows couldn’t be opened. Staff was very helpful minus one staff member making a rude remark about my partner, spa was good can’t complain."

The staff on reception - Ana and Yulia were incredibly friendly, efficient and helpful when my friends and I checked in and needed help later.
