Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms (160x190cm beds), a shower room with WC, a large, fully equipped kitchen with a high table. Combination oven/microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine. Accessible by a step, a large living/dining room opens onto a private garden. Large-screen Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with a 160x190cm bed that can be separated into two 80cm beds upon request, a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bed linen provided and beds made upon arrival. Towels provided. Electric heating included. Baby equipment available upon request. Cleaning service included. At the rear of the house, a 600m² garden with garden furniture, barbecue, large enclosed outbuilding for storage (suitcases, bicycles, stroller), and an electric vehicle charging point. Only one pet allowed. The grounds and courtyard are not fenced. Non-smoking cottage. La Petite Chesnée is first and foremost a family affair! A charming outbuilding of the Château de la Chesnée, itself nestled in the heart of a 10-hectare park, it has been part of a family farm for over ten generations. Nestled in the greenery, away from the Château, this former gatehouse has private access from the road and was completely renovated in 2022\. With a large wooded area on one side and a private garden on the other, it can comfortably accommodate 6 people. Just 9 km from the beaches and the breathtaking landscapes of Cap de la Hague! Comfort and tranquility in a protected environment. The owners will be delighted to show you around the grounds of the 17th-century Château de la Chesnée, which has been continuously restored over the centuries, to explain the history of this family estate, and to suggest the best ways to discover this stunning region!
