Semi-detached house, built in 1986 and renovated in 2012. Downstairs a spacious living room with sofa bed, kitchen, hallway, bedroom with double bed, bathroom / dressing room, sauna and covered terrace.
Upstairs a lounge, alcove with double bed (120 cm wide), single bed, bedroom with double bed, bathroom and balcony.
Air source heat pump, gas grill at terrace. Apartment has private courtyard, hedgerow obstruct the view to neighbor, private shore and jetty.
Grill hut with gas and coal barbecues by shore.
Miniature golf-field at front yard.
Good fish stock, several lurefishing rapids close by.
Opportunities for cross-country skiing, hiking and horseback riding close by.
Häkärinteet ski resort n. 25 km, Revontuli Golf 53 km, Kuopio Airport 83 km, spa Rauhalahti 60 km.
