Modern Mountain Aparts - Martina 3 + 4

Two modern apartments right on the Rauris ski slope: "Modern Mountain Apart" and "Modern Mountain Apart 6" are located side by side in the same holiday complex and are rented together as a single booking. You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the Hochalmbahn and the ski area, which—with about 30 km of slopes and 10 lifts—is particularly family- and beginner-friendly.

**With this booking, you’re reserving both apartments together—the total number of guests will be split between the two adjacent apartments.**

- Apartment (Martina 3): up to 4 guests

- Apartment (Martina 6): up to 4 guests

- Up to 8 guests total, in two apartments right next to each other

Both apartments are located in a quiet, sunny spot on the edge of Rauris’s lively town centre —just about 200–400 m from the village centre and the gondola lift, with direct access to the resort’s on-site wellness facilities. Ideal for two families of friends or a larger group on a ski holiday who are travelling together but would like their own separate apartment. Also a great starting point in summer: the Hohe Tauern National Park is only about 1 km away.

**Booking Note:** This description applies to both apartments together. “Modern Mountain Apart” and “Modern Mountain Apart 6,” located next to each other, are booked as a single package; the number of guests is divided between the two apartments accordingly (max. 4 guests per apartment).
