This is a wonderful residential area where you can find your inner peace; it’s quiet, sunny, with unspoiled natural surroundings and crystal clear sea, far away from the everyday rush. The beaches are situated from 1km to 3km from the house, the closest market is 4km away, the restaurant 2km and the cycling and walking paths are even closer, only 100m away. At just 13km of distance, you can walk through the narrow streets of the medieval town of Labin, visit the town museum, peek into the art ateliers, shop in the small and charming shops or enjoy the view of Rabac and Cres Island from the “Fortica”. 16 km away there is the village of Rabac with the flattering name of “the pearl of the Kvarner bay”. With its beautiful beaches, Rabac offers romantic seafront promenades where you can enjoy in this picturesque coastal village. Located beneath seven hills, the city of Pula is 45km away, home to many ancient Roman buildings, including the well-preserved and well-known magnificent amphitheater, and its beautiful sea. The city has a long tradition of wine making, fishing, shipbuilding, and tourism. Opatija is 52km away. This is a charming coastal town with a rich history and culture, many fantastic locations, impressive monuments, well-manicured parks, enchanting promenades, churches and magnificent villas waiting to be discovered. Villa Diamond is for up to 10 persons, has a total useful floor space of 181 m2 distributed in 2 floors (ground floor and first floor), a sea view, a covered terrace with a table and chairs, a private pool (heated in pre-season and post-season), an outdoor shower, loungers, and an outdoor barbecue. Handtücher, Poolhandtücher und Bettwäsche wurden uns kostenlos gestellt, sehr freundliches Personal. Leider hat in der Küche eine Pfanne gefehlt, wenn man zwei Herdplatten angemacht hat, ist die Sicherung raus gesprungen. Pool war sehr kalt (lag jedoch am nicht so guten Wetter) das Licht am Pool hat auch nicht funktioniert.Nach dem 2 Personen warm geduscht haben, mussten die restlichen 7 Personen kalt duschen, da der Beuler ausgefallen ist.Im großen und ganzen sind wir jedoch sehr zufrieden gewesen, für diesen Preis würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! ##### Jessica R.
