This house is in a quiet location and offers the privacy and tranquillity you are looking for. Outside the house, on the terrace, steps lead down to the comfortable pool area, so you can easily take a refreshing dip and relax in the sun. There are two neighboring houses in the area, giving you a sense of community and security while maintaining enough distance for privacy and tranquility.



Explore the nearby beaches and dive into the crystal-clear water. For the more adventurous, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports. The nearby town of Labin is nestled in the surrounding green countryside. Note: A 500-meter gravel road leads to the house. Although the road is narrow, it takes you through picturesque landscapes so you can enjoy the beauty of nature on the way to your destination.
