Beautiful 3-family house "Šverko 2". 10 km from the centre of Labin, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property 700 m2. Table tennis, basketball, badminton, arbour, barbecue. In the house: internet access, table football. Parking. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 5.3 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 200 m. Please note: private mooring (extra) on request.
1-room apartment 30 m2, on the ground floor. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Dining room with satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (2 hot plates). Shower/WC. Terrace 30 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Super süßes Apartment in toller Lage! Zusätzlich 4 süße Katzen! Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben uns Bootfahrten und Wein angeboten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
