Ras El Ma Waterfall

This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed. It was also more expensive than other Riads which are much better. We hoped more of a connection with the Riad and we did not really get that kind of experience

The pool was chilly, the breakfast was excellent, and the evening views and atmosphere was quite relaxing.

Lovely apartment with kitchenette, spacious bathroom, spacious living room and nice comfy big bed. Really great price for the area and has parking right out the front. For us it was a perfect location being out of the centre as we had a car but if you don’t have a car it is close enough to get into the main centre by walking or taxi. (If walking be aware that chefchaouen is in the mountain so the centre will be uphill) Staff friends and helped us to the room with our luggage. Breakfast was a lovely tradition Moroccan breakfast, bought to our room. Huge but amazing The only thing that could be improved is to have a sign out the front saying dar blanca, however we identified the building from the photos so wasn’t too difficult
