courteous stuff but the room missed sound isolation as you couldn't relax in the night cause a massive noise come from the night club

We came home from dinner to our bathroom being flooded.
Maintenance was called, and they said it was from a blocked air conditioner vent.
I requested a new room to avoid the flood happening in the middle of the night, and also explained the air conditioner had been cutting out and wasn’t working properly. There was also mould around the vent in the main room.
This request was denyed.
Other than this issue, the staff were lovely, though I still wouldn’t stay at this hotel again
