Rarotonga Holiday Home with Pool & Amazing Views - Ocean Beach Town View

  • 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

    Upstairs are 3 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom, lounge, full kitchen, balcony with outside dining, BBQ, washing machine & pool.

    Downstairs is a Studio Unit with kitchenette, bathroom & patio. The studio has external access only.

    All bedrooms & lounge area have ceiling fans.

    The studio unit & upstairs lounge both have aircon which are operated with a "pay as you use" coin machine. A $2 NZ coin gives 1.5 hours of operation (we have coins available to purchase)

    The property isn't suitable for children under 8 years old. This is due to the safety reasons of the property being elevated and the unfenced deep pool. All children must be supervised at all times.

    All of the 4 Super King Beds can be split into single beds if required.

    Please note: All bookings for 2026 will have exclusive use of the pool. Bookings from 2027 onwards - the pool may be shared with other guests due to future development plans.
