They provide access to one of the best beaches in Rarotonga, on the southern tip of the island, where you can swim, snorkel, paddle and, uniquely, enjoy both peaceful sunrises and gorgeous sunsets. The lagoon is filled with a rich variety of sea life, including, fish of all kinds, clams, coral and, if you are lucky, sea turtles, and in the winter season (June - October) you can often see whales passing by. The apartments offer enviable and unimpeded views of the golden sandy beach and aqua blue lagoon from both the living rooms and the master bedrooms. They are conveniently located a couple minutes' walk from a well-stocked 24/7 convenience store and neighbourhood cafes and restaurants.
