If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning. 9\. The Host is not responsible for items left behind. We had a great week staying here. It was a great central location for exploring the area, including Rushmore, Custer State Park, Wind Cave NP, Buffalo Gap, and the Badlands. The condo was clean and pleasantly quiet. We knew there were people staying in the unit below us but it was very quiet and we almost never heard them. The kitchen was spacious and had all of the basic pots, pans, utensils, and dishes for cooking. Furniture was all clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small, but very clean and well cared for. It was not an issue for us, but the stairs up to the unit were a bit steep and felt a bit uneven in places, so that could be worrisome for someone shaky on their feet. But there were handrails so I don't think it would be a problem for most. That's the only item even remotely worth noting. Overall, we had a tremendous experience and would absolutely stay here again if we were in the area and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit. ##### Andrew W.
