- Boat access via private dock (pontoon or small boat) and mooring anchor

- Rental agreement required

- Photo ID + copy of ID required

- Primary renters must be 25+

- No smoking at any time

- No pets

- Dock may not be suitable for speedboats depending on water levels; boats must be tied to mooring anchor and cannot be tied to the dock.
