The town of Rangeley was welcoming and very friendly. We wanted a weekend away to just unwind, unplug and relax, this was the perfect place to accomplish that. Highly recommend staying here. Also, check out the Loon Lodge Restaurant, Mary and Valentine were amazing hosts, the food was so good and the sunset, spectacular. For a nice cocktail, visit Sarge's Bar and Grill. Very well appointed, had everything we needed, and more, to make our stay comfortable! One of the best ski in/ski out locations we've stayed in. It doesn't seem like Saddleback has yet put in an official access to these A-frames yet (or at least we didn't find it), so we had to walk through the neighbors driveway to get to Smelt Streamer. It was not a big deal and it was very easy to ski in/out.
