The neighbors were great for the most part, except for the bizarre exceptions of those that would yell at you for coming too close to their property. We used every bed for a family week-long vacation and had so much fun. The cove had a mini beach that the kids loved swimming in, and the location was perfect, just on the edge of town. The walk down to the water was less than 2 minutes and had a nice picnic bench and grass area to hang out in. The view on the water was gorgeous, and while the weather was a bit sour the weekend we went it was still nice sitting on the dock and getting the sun while it was out.
