Conveniently located just 15 minutes from Saddleback Mountain and only moments from downtown Rangeley, you'll have easy access to skiing, dining, and all the charm of the area.
Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a cozy living room complete with a Smart TV and WiFi. With three spacious levels, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups.

We stayed at 30 Hilltop for a week of snowmobiling in late February. The property was great.. clean and well appointed. The location was very nice.. great views and close to the snowmobile trails. The folks who managed the home were excellent…quite responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay again! Just needed more snow!
We had a relaxing girls weekend away. This home is absolutely stunning from the home itself to the views. It was spacious for our group of nine. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to stay in and cook. If you want to go out the locals are friendly and welcoming.

30 Hilltop was beautiful. We had 10 people stay for a weekend and there was more than enough room. The beds are also pretty comfortable. No complaints from anyone. 10/10 would definitely stay here again for our ski trip next year.

Wonderful Home - Fantastic Experience with Morton & Furbish!
This is my 4th year in a row staying at a Morton & Furbish property in the Rangely area and once again it was a wonderful experience. M&F Properties are immaculate locations. Our home was clean, cozy and had all the amenities that made our trip memorable. M&F are great at communication, make payments easy and are there if you need any help. We will be back next winter!
This house was just what we needed for two families. The teens and tweens (4 of them) loved the downstairs area with tv room, bunk room, bath, and surprise ping pong table and darts. Great sized rooms for sleeping and socializing, and all modern amenities. 15 minutes to Saddleback was great. Very responsive property management. Would rent again!

Hilltop Fun!
This house was brand new and nicely decorated.. Our family enjoyed a 10 day snowmobiling vacation with easy access and proximity to the trails & downtown Rangeley's restaurants & shops from the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was stocked with every amenity we could need. The views from the wall of windows overlooking Rangeley Lake and Saddleback Mountain were beautiful. Morton Furbish provided detailed check in information and was readily available with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this house and will be back for sure!

Beautiful view at Hilltop!
The home at 30 Hilltop is great! The view of Saddleback and downtown Rangeley is amazing. We had 4 adults staying in the house. First floor has a bedroom with queen bed and bathroom across the hall. Second floor loft has king bed and twin trundle, no bathroom. Basement level has a bedroom with queen bed and twin/full bunk and a bathroom across the hall. The mudroom entrance is great for dropping shoes and coats and keeping everything contained. It was too cold to enjoy the outdoor porch or patio but both look like a nice place to hang out. Short driving distance to all the restaurants, grocery store and Saddleback. We would definitely stay here again!

wonderful home with great amenities. Unfortunately we came to snowmobile and were told that there was direct access to the trail. Something went wrong with the neighbors allowing us to cross their property. We had to ride directly on route 4, which didn’t work for our young rider, who is not permitted to cross the road yet. It put a small damper on our trip but otherwise it was wonderful and we would stay again if the trail situation gets worked out.
