"The location is right across from the port, so it's great. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The sound-proof was less than idea. The guest acrossa the hall from our room was drank that night. He spoke loudly for a long time outside his room, and we heard every word. "

Our room (a superior one) was dark and did not have enough light either natural or lighting. The bathroom was great, modern but in the style of the hotel. The carpets were worn and didn’t give the best impression. Bar is popular early, but don’t expect a nightcap after 10 - even at weekends. Location is great and history is fascinating. Not sure it was worth over $300 a night excluding breakfast though. "
