Christine was the perfect host and made sure we were made welcome in this beautifully presented gite. "Very comfortable house in a lovely spot (only slight difficulty is the spiral staircase - which could be tricky for some). Especially good if you like fishing with a beautiful lake right outside the front door. Surroundings are extremely quiet and peaceful with plenty of nice walks in the area. Host’s really nice and friendly and helpful. Would certainly go back."

"What a beautiful farm for a relaxing stay! Brice was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop. He had good English language skills and was very helpful in guiding our still-developing French! There are nearby places, even on the farm, to hike on trails and explore the woods. We ate our meals on a table in the backyard watching the sheep grazing around us. All in all, a beautiful place and time! I highly recommend it!"

"It's well located near gorgeous villages, and the garden is beautiful. We had a lovely meal in the garden as the sun set - the exterior of the house is very atmospheric. However, the interior is in desperate need of modernising. The kitchen is rather make-shift and poorly equipped, and the bathroom is tired. With a bit of thought put in (new kitchen/bathroom) and a good clean, the property could be amazing. But for us the big problem was the steep stairs and unsafe rail at the top of the stairs...
