"People were screaming and fighting in the parking lot groups of people were sitting around smoking dope so never got to use the amenities. Rooms were horrible like something out of a bad rocky movie. Staff sat on the phone and were no help. Hotel room sheets were so rough they felt more like a curtain than a sheet. Incredibly rough and itchy. Flooring was fake wood linoleum bubbling up in places shower was a low budget insert. This was clearly a 65 dollar a night room. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here unless you like drunks drug addicts and fights outside your room. Avoid the elevator it smells like urine and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time. "

"I would not recommend the hotel. I asked for a rollout bed and was advised i couldnt get one due to some rule. The rooms smelled, the tubs had peeling porcelain, in the first room: the phone did not work, one light would not come on. In the second room: on our check out morning there was a roach in the bathroom. "

"This hotel has a distant satellite building you have to get in your car and drive to that has no amenities, no lobby staff when I checked in, that they charge the same price for. Total scam."

"Overall, a nice property. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great. Areas for elevation: Slightly warmer hot tub. Parking situation clearly stating $47/night (currently) and no other alternatives."

"Booked this property based on price, location and pool. We didn’t end up using the pool but I did see it being cleaned each morning. Location was central to the activities we chose to do and close to fancy mall that my daughter loved. There is no restaurant on the property but several hotels close by that do have food options. The laundry room was great to have, although it found out that they do not allow and loads of laundry to start after 8pm, which was inconvenient as we were sightseeing all day. I did like the coffee available 24/7 in the lounge and there was free drinking water in the lobby that we filled our bottles with every day. Our room was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful."

"Thought the property was really nice and conveniently located. The charge of $35 a night to park your car was excessive though. First time I have ever been charged at a hotel that wasn’t in the city center. With the parking fee and the resort fee it added nearly $50 a night to my stay that I wasn’t expecting. "
