"Everything about the room was nice. Only complaint was that when we walked in the room was scorching hot. Thermostat read 99 so I called to tell the front desk to tell them that the AC was broken and they needed to send someone over. They were trying to explain to me how to use the thermostat. I insisted that I knew how to use it and that something else was going on, so she said she would call me back. They never called me back so I called them. We had to sit outside in the patio while we waited for the repair man to show. The repair man eventually fixed this after about 2 hours of us arriving but it would be hours before our room temp would be cool enough for us to bear. So we left for about another 2-3 hours and it was still hot about 86 degrees when we returned but we were so tired already we just stayed in the room and dealt with it. The room was nice. Everything was nice. The staff was friendly. But this was a major disappointment. I wish we could’ve been compensated somehow or at least moved to a different room. It’s a good thing we only had to stay just that one night. "

"Breakfast was good. Pool was nice, a hot tub would be even nicer! A couple little broken things in the room but nothing major. It’s a favorite hotel for us. Traffic in the area is a bit of a nightmare. "

"Upon entering my hotel room, I was immediately confronted with a stark contrast to the cleanliness I had anticipated. The bathroom stall was in a state of disarray, with stains and bed sheets covered in hair. This was the first time I had encountered such a filthy bathroom stall in a Hilton hotel. "

"The ac worked great, we got so cold we gad to turn it off. We had two bedrooms and bathrooms, mostly quiet. Clean and comfortable. However the hot water in the main bedroom didn’t work, but did in the other. "
