The living area houses an extra-large screen T.V. to enjoy the big game or your next binge worthy show! Combined open living/dining room floorplan is great for entertaining guests and has a lovely table that seats 6\. Kitchen is fully stocked and fully remodeled with gorgeous marble countertops and all brand-new appliances. Guest room 1 has a Queen bed, T.V. and sleeps 2 and has Bathroom 1 access. Bathroom 1 has a Shower/Tub Combo and is accessible through Guest Room 1. Guest room 2 has a twin bed with twin trundle and T.V. that sleeps 2. The property had four bedrooms which was useful to us. I could see that some of it was remodeled, but not all of it. However, the things that I would say we weren’t happy with was the lock on the front door. The lock was broken and did not open from the inside. We struggled opening it and had to exit the kitchen door. The owner didn’t seem interested in fixing. The Keurig machine had no pods left there just some old Instant coffee. No one left out the toilet paper so I had to contact the owner again to locate it. Quiet location, and decent size patio to relax on overlooking the golf course. Nice updates to the living areas and bathrooms, very comfortable beds. Crystal was amazing at communicating and the pool was right next door for our daughters. The rooms and kitchen were very clean and decorated beautifully.
