In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; ensuring that the home is vacant for at least 24 - 36 hours before a guest checks-in; training our entire team about the importance of and 100% observation of social distancing guidelines. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
