Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date. B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. I had lots of problems with the spa and the pool heat. Spent too much time getting the pool and spa to work correctly.
