We were visiting from Canada and spent 6 nights at this hotel. For the most part, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The biggest challenge we had while visiting this area was the language barrier, but a few of the staff here actually spoke some English, which made things much easier for us. Keep in mind this is a hotel that caters mostly to business travellers, this is not a big tourist area like Santiago. Highlights; - The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating - The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept - The breakfast buffet is fresh with lots of good options - The hotel restaurant is excellent - Daily housekeeping is efficient and consistent - There is lots of shopping/food/coffee options right on the property, or within walking distance of the hotel Room for improvement;

la habitacion sucia..el hotel es muy ruidoso. ademas que esta dentro de un mall. los ascensores se llenan rapido y lentos. el personal no esta a la altura de un hotel internacional. se demoraron 3 dias en hacer una devolucion de la garantia y los tuve que llamar dos veces para que la hicieran...si fuera un huesped internacional, se quedan con la garantia...muy mal en ese sentido.

Cuando llegamos el ascensor olía súper mal. El personal de recepción muy amable y dispuesto a resolver un problemas de doble reserva accidental, lo cual agradecemos profundamente. La habitación impecable nada que decir. El desayuno buffet fue un caos, muy poco personal para toda la gente que estaba esperando. Había que esperar que limpiaran mesas o las dejaran de ocupar. Los pobres Garzones no daban abasto. Por lo que la reposiciones era muy lenta y uno tenía que ir a buscar cubiertos platos y demás a donde estaba el Garzón secando la loza. No creo que hayan sido más de 3–4 personas para 50-60 personas. Quizás fue fortuito pero se debería preveer estas situaciones contratando más perdonal.
